Building and Maintenance Coordinator

In this role you will take the lead on the practical, hands-on upkeep of Staffordshire St, covering building maintenance, storage, and health and safety. Working closely with the STST Team to flag issues early and introduce better systems where needed.

Location 

Staffordshire St, Peckham

Contract & Hours

6 Months. 1 Day a week (Wednesdays), 10 am – 6 pm. Additional hours for project specific work will be offered. 

Pay 

£17 p/hour, Invoice or PAYE options available

Contract & Hours

6 Months. 3 Days a week, 10am – 6pm. This role may require evening and weekend work to align with events, TOIL is given.

Pay 

£38,000 p/a (Pro-Rata).

We particularly welcome submissions from those with a local connection, as well as those from underrepresented or non-traditional art backgrounds, to help us platform a wide range of voices.
